If your product arrives with any sort of manufacturer's defect or mechanical problem, we will be happy to replace your product or refund your purchase at any time within 30 days of the purchase date.
We do ask anyone who wishes to return the product to please contact us before you send the item back. We put customer satisfaction first on the list in everything we do.
In many situations we will actually just ship you a replacement item with no need to return the one you already have. We want to take whatever action we can to resolve any issues as quickly and conveniently as possible.
